In the lead up to mandatory compliance requirements commencing on 1 July 2025, New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES) regulated entities have been assigned an account manager to assist with NVES-related regulation matters.
Regulated entities will continue to have dedicated account managers post 1 July. We understand the NVES can be complex and each entity has unique circumstances, and that’s why it’s important to us this approach continues.
Our account managers are here to help regulated entities understand how to:
- correctly enter NVES data (for relevant vehicles) on the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV)
- meet their obligations and what is required of them
- contact us if they have questions, concerns or feedback.
